Detailed field reports filed with ward number, issue type, date, volunteer count, and resolution timeline.

All complaints submitted through official government grievance portals — creating a traceable, official paper trail.

Resolution Tracking

We follow up until every complaint is resolved — not just submitted. Every open issue stays on the active list until closed.
